There are two types of shipping we provide.

Normal Delivery - "Hongkong Post" Regular Parcel Delivery Service.
Express Delivery - "Express Mail Service" Express Post Parcel Delivery.

In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of Post.

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.
